We are looking for a hands-on Oracle ERP & Oracle PMIS Sales Manager who can hunt, qualify, and close enterprise deals in Saudi Arabia.
The role requires direct ownership of revenue, strong enterprise hunting capability, and the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with government, PIF-related entities, and large private organizations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Hunting & Deal Ownership (Core Responsibility)
• Proactively hunt new Oracle ERP and Oracle PMIS opportunities (no reliance on inbound leads only)
• Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline aligned with annual revenue targets
• Own deals end-to-end:
o Lead qualification
o Solution positioning
o Commercial negotiation
o Contract closure
o Handover to delivery with clear milestones
• Focus on large, complex deals (ERP, PMIS, multi-module programs)
2. Strategic Account & Market Development
• Target and penetrate:
o Government entities
o PIF-related organizations
o Large private sector groups
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities between:
o Oracle PMIS (Primavera P6, Unifier, Aconex, etc.)
o Oracle ERP / Fusion Applications
• Build a repeatable sales motion, not one-off wins
3. Sales Execution & Revenue Accountability
• Own revenue realization, not just signed contracts
• Work closely with PMO and Finance to ensure:
o Timely mobilization
o Milestone-based billing
o Revenue conversion
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
• Participate in weekly revenue reviews and escalation forums
4. Collaboration & Internal Alignment
• Work closely with:
o Presales and solution architects
o PMO and delivery leadership
o Finance and contracts team
• Ensure deals are deliverable, profitable, and contractually sound
• Support reference building and customer success stories
Success Metrics (KPIs)
• Annual closed revenue (Oracle ERP + PMIS)
• Pipeline coverage (minimum 3× quota)
• Deal quality and conversion rate
• Sales cycle progression and velocity
• Revenue realization vs signed contracts
• Forecast accuracy
Required Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory Requirements) :
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software / IT solutions sales
• Proven track record selling Oracle ERP and/or Oracle PMIS solutions
• Experience with long-cycle enterprise sales (3–6 months)
• Demonstrated ability to:
o Hunt new enterprise opportunities
o Sell complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
o Close high-value deals (multi-million SAR)
• Strong exposure to:
o Government or large semi-government organizations
o Saudi market (preferred)
• Comfortable engaging C-level and senior decision-makers (CFO, CIO, PMO heads, executives)
