We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Senior Sales Consultant for a leading luxury family owned retailer for their store in Bristol.

Continuing their expansion our client is about to add two brand new stores to their portfolio and plans to open and acquire more in the next 12-18 months so the scope for career development in this particular role is genuine and realistic.

The ideal Senior Sales Consultant:

- Must have experience in face to face furniture retail sales

- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport

- Be confident and highly motivated

- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

Basic Salary: £21,000 - £23,000, initial guarantees and individual commission structure on all sales; genuine first year OTE c£35k - £45k
