Aztrum is delighted to be working with a well-established architectural practice in High Wycombe, renowned for delivering thoughtful, sustainable, and community-led design. As the practice continues to expand, they are seeking a motivated and technically focused Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative and ambitious team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of exciting residential projects and gain valuable, hands-on experience across all RIBA stages within a supportive and design-driven environment.

Role Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: 

• Assist with project delivery, including concept designs, planning drawings, and detailed technical packages
• Collaborate with architects, technologists, and consultants on design development and coordination
• Create high-quality drawings, visuals, and presentation materials using Revit, Adobe Suite, and other design tools
• Attend site visits, assist with surveys, and contribute to problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Skills required for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: 

• RIBA Part 2 qualification (or equivalent degree in architecture)
• Strong design and graphic presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualisation tools
• Understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations (advantageous)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
