You will work alongside Relationship Managers, Credit Control, and Operations to ensure clients receive a consistent, professional service while facilities operate within agreed terms.

The Role
As a Relationship Executive, you will support the management of an invoice finance portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. You will help ensure facilities run smoothly, risks are identified early, and service levels remain high.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a day to day contact for a portfolio of invoice finance clients.
- Support Relationship Managers with portfolio management and client reviews.
- Monitor client activity and highlight any concerns relating to risk or performance.
- Liaise with Credit Control to support funding availability and collections.
- Assist with onboarding of new clients and facility set up.
- Ensure operating conditions are met and maintained.
- Prepare client information and documentation for internal reviews.
- Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records on internal systems.
- Support renewal discussions and client retention activity.
Skills & Experience
- Experience within invoice finance, asset based lending, or business finance.
- Strong communication skills with a professional client focused approach.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret basic financial and performance information.
- Confident working with internal systems and databases.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a relationship management role.
- Relevant ABFA or UK Finance qualification desirable but not essential.
