Internal Account Manager

A leading client in the unified communications sector is seeking a skilled Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Location

  • Work from Home (UK-based) with occasional F2F meetings in City of London

Working Hours

  • Operating on EST hours to align with international clients
  • Flexible schedule: Choose between 1:00pm - 9:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Salary

  • Basic Salary: £30,000 per annum
  • Bonus: £7,000–£8,000 per annum, paid quarterly

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and driving sales initiatives within the unified communications sector
  • Managing client accounts and fostering long-term relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling or supporting sales within the unified communications sector (e.g., 8x8, RingCentral, Gamma, Zoom, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently from a home office and attend occasional in-person meetings in London
  • Comfortable working EST hours (1pm - 9:00pm or 2pm – 10pm)
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
