WE'RE HIRING: Junior/Intermediate Revit Architectural Technologist

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (downtown, a short walk from Union Station, full-time in office)
💰 Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually

City Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading international architecture firm, known for delivering some of the world's most complex and high-profile buildings, to grow its Toronto team. Our client is looking for a Revit-trained Architectural Technologist to produce high-quality Revit construction drawings and details.

Reporting to a Project Manager, you'll join one of their project teams and work closely with Project Managers and Associates as projects develop.

What you'll do

• Assemble Revit construction drawing sets with minimal supervision, from schematic design through construction administration, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections and wall details
• Prepare client presentation materials, design development and construction documentation, contract administration materials and Authority submissions, with guidance from senior architects
• Stay current on building systems, design techniques, code changes and industry developments

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience on large-scale retail, commercial, mixed-use or institutional projects (community and residential experience is an asset)
• High proficiency producing Contract Documents in current versions of Revit
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and design/presentation software such as InDesign
• Strong knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methods, materials and manufacturers' requirements
• Familiarity with contract administration and shop drawing review
• A self-motivated team player who enjoys working in groups of 3 to 15 and can be flexible with overtime when needed
