Surveyor, London, Up to £50,000 pa + Bonus

TPL is partnering with an independent property consultancy to identify a Valuation Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm to work with existing clients, where you will have autonomy to work on a broad range of commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and market analyses across residential and commercial asset classes.
• Primarily focusing on loan security valuation work as well as portfolio and investment.
• Manage existing caseload, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support the Partner in receivership work as well.

To be considered you WILL:

• Be MRICS qualified & a Registered Valuer.
• Have carried out Red Book valuations.
