The Role – Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving client success—building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing bespoke IT solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

This is a consultative, relationship-led position, where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, supported by a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting client partnerships
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services across accounts
• Deliver tailored IT strategies and consultative support
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes

You’re commercially astute, customer-focused, and passionate about technology. You thrive on building trust, understanding business challenges, and delivering value.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in account management or business development within IT/MSP
• A consultative and problem-solving approach
• Strong commercial awareness with a genuine interest in client success
• Confidence engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers
