Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and high-impact training delivery? We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee our Northern Region Training Centres (York, Teesside & Liverpool) and drive performance, innovation, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across training, planning, and maintenance
• Ensure high-quality, market-leading training solutions across multiple centres
• Maximise trainer and contractor efficiency through smart workforce planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and service excellence
• Deliver profitability and accurate forecasting across all centres
• Champion HSEQ standards and continuous professional development

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership in operational management and training delivery
• Strong commercial acumen and budget ownership
• Ability to drive high performance and manage change
• Experience with awarding bodies (GWO, OPITO, ECITB, ESFA, Ofsted)
