Blue Recruitment Personnel is looking for an experienced recruiter or a strong sales professional with a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation and closing new business.
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for someone confident in building relationships, generating opportunities and converting prospects into clients.
The Role:
You will be focused on winning new recruitment business and helping grow the desk across multiple sectors.
Depending on your experience, you may operate in a business development-only model or a full 360 recruitment model.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies, decision-makers and potential clients.
- Generate new business through calls, email and social outreach.
- Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold prospects.
- Convert leads into active clients for
- Work with the internal team to support onboarding and account setup.
- For 360 recruiters, manage the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition through to placement.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, sales or business development.
- Strong cold calling and closing skills.
- A confident, professional approach to client engagement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Access to a laptop, internet connection or mobile phone with app access.

Commission Structure:
