Blue Recruitment Personnel is looking for an experienced recruiter or a strong sales professional with a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation and closing new business.

This is a commission-only opportunity designed for someone confident in building relationships, generating opportunities and converting prospects into clients.

The Role:

You will be focused on winning new recruitment business and helping grow the desk across multiple sectors.

Depending on your experience, you may operate in a business development-only model or a full 360 recruitment model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies, decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Generate new business through calls, email and social outreach.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold prospects.
  • Convert leads into active clients for
  • Work with the internal team to support onboarding and account setup.
  • For 360 recruiters, manage the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition through to placement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, sales or business development.
  • Strong cold calling and closing skills.
  • A confident, professional approach to client engagement.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Access to a laptop, internet connection or mobile phone with app access.

Commission Structure:

  • 180 Recruiter: 15% commission on completed business billed through the partnership.

  • 360 Recruiter: 30% commission on completed business billed through the partnership.

Commission is paid on completed billing, based on the agreed 15% or 30% structure, depending on the model selected.
