The Role

This is a pure new business development role, ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, prospecting, and opening doors.

You won’t be inheriting accounts or managing an existing client base — your focus will be on identifying opportunities, building your own pipeline, and creating new revenue streams from scratch.

You’ll engage with business leaders and decision-makers, understand their operational and security challenges, and position tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions that genuinely add value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline from the ground up
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries
  • Run consultative sales meetings to understand client pain points and requirements
  • Work closely with technical and internal delivery teams to support solution design and deal progression
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
  • Consistently work toward and exceed revenue targets

About You

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Confident and comfortable with cold calling and proactive outbound activity
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing a structured pipeline
  • A genuine interest in technology, cybersecurity, and business solutions
  • Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a growing business
