The Role

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build lasting client partnerships.

In this consultative sales position, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how tailored technology solutions can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities via calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, qualifying leads for the wider team
  • Develop lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales activity effectively
  • Conduct consultative conversations to uncover client needs and deliver tailored value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey from first contact to deal closure

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Ambitious and eager to learn within a supportive, high-performing sales environment
