Location: Reading (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + Uncapped OTE

What You’ll Do - Senior Account Manager 

• Manage & grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention & measurable value.
• Spot opportunities to upsell & cross-sell across services.
• Lead regular account reviews & provide actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with both senior leaders & technical teams.

About You - Senior Account Manager

• You’re commercially sharp, client-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With experience in account management or sales, you know how to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes.
• 2+ years’ B2B account management, sales, or consultancy experience.
• Proven history of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Confident engaging senior decision-makers & technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented & commercially minded.
