Key responsibilities, duties and tasks 

• Collaborating with the R&D team providing feedback for improvements for test drawings & designs
• Working with materials such as fabrics, leather, linen, wool, acetate, hemp, silk
• Working on a range of machinery such as sewing machines, rubber mallet etc.
• Maintaining high standards
• Participating in continuous improvement
• Maintain personal and professional development
• Undertake health and safety duties

Skills and abilities 

• Strong communication (oral and written) and numeracy skills
• Upholstery experience
• Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
• Good ICT skills
• Attention to detail, with good planning and organisational skills
