Aztrum is delighted to announce a new partnership with an exciting architectural practice based in Gloucester. With an eye for attention to detail, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Job Running Architect/Technician to continue the ongoing success and development.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Job Running Architect/Technician role:

• Take the lead on the design and delivery of supported living and care accommodation projects nationwide
• Partner closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring visions to life while ensuring compliance and excellence
• Juggle multiple high-profile projects, never compromising on creativity or detail
• Inspire, mentor, and guide junior architects, fostering growth and innovation across the practice
• Ensure all projects meet planning requirements, building regulations, and specialist industry standards

Requirements for this Senior Job Running Architect/Technician role:

• ARB registered, with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• A proven track record in the Leisure sector, or in leading multi-disciplinary teams
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and inclusive design practices
• A natural leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
