Aztrum is delighted to be supporting a well-established and progressive architectural and planning consultancy in their search for an Architectural Technologist to join their specialist team based in Chichester.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will contribute to managing projects from concept to completion, supporting junior team members, and maintaining close client relationships to uphold design excellence and delivery standards across the Education sector.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Lead the technical design and delivery of education projects across the UK.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives and ensure compliance with all regulations.

• Assist in the management of multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering professional growth.

• Ensure adherence to planning policies, building regulations, and relevant sector-specific standards.

Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in an architectural or technologist role.

• Proven experience working within the education sector.

• Proficiency in Revit.

• Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and inclusive design principles.

• Strong communication, technical, and client engagement skills.
