Aztrum is excited to be partnering with a vibrant, design-focused architectural practice recognised for delivering innovative, high-quality projects across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect looking to develop their career within a collaborative team environment, working on exciting projects including Government-funded schemes.

The role of an Architect:

• Support the delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion.
• Work closely with senior architects, consultants and project teams to develop creative and coordinated design solutions.
• Produce high-quality concept designs, technical drawings and project documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of planning applications, technical packages and construction information.
• Contribute to design development, material selection and technical problem-solving throughout projects.
• Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure designs meet UK planning requirements, Building Regulations and industry standards.

Key Requirements of an Architect:

• ARB registered Architect with relevant UK practice experience.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential, with BIM experience advantageous.
• Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.
• Good understanding of UK planning policy, Building Regulations and modern construction methods.
• Strong design and technical ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants and colleagues.
• A proactive approach with a passion for delivering high-quality architecture.
