Delivering a full suite of IT solutions — from cybersecurity and cloud platforms to infrastructure, continuity planning, and technical support — this organisation is known for combining smart technology with practical, business-focused advice. As demand continues to grow, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a driven Business Development Manager.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with business leaders, gaining an understanding of their challenges and positioning tailored IT solutions that genuinely make a difference.

You’ll be given the autonomy to shape your pipeline, the support to succeed, and the opportunity to progress as the business grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach including calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn

  • Building, managing, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to uncover challenges and identify opportunities

  • Conducting consultative sales conversations and presenting tailored technology solutions

  • Accurately logging activity and progress within the CRM

  • Working closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful deal closures

  • Supporting wider sales and growth initiatives across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation

  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong resilience and motivation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Confidence using CRM systems and modern sales tools

  • Ambition to learn, develop, and progress within a high-growth environment
