Our client is a fast-growing premium streetwear brand with a distinctive identity, an ambitious growth trajectory, and a strong connection with its community.

They are looking for a Buyer to join their Product team and play a key role in shaping collections and driving product performance. Working closely with the Design and Product teams, you will combine product sensitivity, commercial analysis, and purchasing expertise to build compelling collections that reflect the brand's identity and meet customer demand.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of product categories, contribute your own ideas, and influence purchasing decisions in a dynamic environment where creativity and commercial performance go hand in hand.

Main Responsibilities:

• Shape collections in collaboration with the Product and Design teams, identifying product opportunities and contributing to seasonal assortment planning
• Drive purchasing decisions by analyzing sales performance, stock rotation, market trends, and customer demand
• Manage budgets and profitability, ensuring purchasing decisions align with commercial objectives and margin targets
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, quality standards, production timelines, and delivery terms
• Oversee purchasing and product availability, monitoring orders, production, and stock levels to ensure products reach the right channels at the right time
• Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis, product performance insights, and emerging fashion trends
• Collaborate across teams to optimize collections, improve commercial results, and strengthen the brand's product offering

Core Skills/experience:

• Previous experience in buying, purchasing, or merchandising within the fashion or retail industry
• Strong product sensitivity and commercial awareness, with an understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and product performance
• Analytical skills and confidence using sales data and Excel to support purchasing decisions
• Experience in supplier management, negotiation, purchasing budgets, and order follow-up
• A proactive, autonomous, and hands-on approach, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for fashion, streetwear, and product development, with an interest in the brand's identity and market positioning
• Bilingual or equivalent level of Spanish and professional proficiency in English
