Senior Architectural Technician

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Glasgow, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Technician to play a key role in the delivery of a wide variety of projects, supporting schemes from technical design through to completion within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role:

• Take responsibility for the technical delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors
• Produce, manage and coordinate detailed technical and construction drawing packages
• Support the day-to-day running of projects, assisting in managing programmes and deliverables
• Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams
• Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information
• Attend site meetings and help resolve technical and construction issues throughout delivery

Key Requirements for this Senior Architectural Technician role:

• Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Significant experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
