The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage and develop existing client relationships while actively generating new business through outbound activity, including cold calling. This is a dual role combining account management with proactive business development.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions that add real value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling and outreach
  • Identify and win new opportunities within both existing and new clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Advise clients on IT solutions including hardware, software, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Background in IT, technology, telecoms, or solution-based sales is desirable
  • Confident in new business generation and cold calling
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven with a motivation to earn uncapped commission
  • Consultative and commercially aware approach

No existing client base or accounts required.
