We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s team for a major infrastructure project in Dundee. The Site Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, with responsibility for health, safety, environmental and quality compliance, as well as meeting programme and budget requirements.

About the Role

• Deliver works safely and in line with all regulations.
• Ensure full understanding of project objectives.
• Build, develop, support, and maintain a strong site team.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and external parties.
• Develop the tender programme into a detailed construction programme within 4 weeks of award.
• Monitor progress with up-to-date programmes to provide clear direction on critical construction and financial targets.
• Develop, manage, and maintain the Site Management Plan.
• Identify and evaluate risks, implement actions, and maintain the Risk Register.
• Manage and control changes to scope, requirements, and personnel.
• Monitor progress against cost plans, programmes, and quality/environmental plans.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee design management.

About You

• Proven experience in site management within civil engineering or construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and risk effectively.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
