We are hiring Commercial Furniture Installers / Installation Technicians for a growing commercial installation team in Indianapolis.

Previous furniture installation experience is preferred, but it is not required.

If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and willing to learn, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work with an experienced installation crew completing projects at offices, hospitals, commercial facilities, and other customer locations throughout the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading, unloading, and positioning commercial furniture and equipment

• Assembling and installing desks, tables, workstations, shelving, cubicles, and office systems

• Using basic hand and power tools

• Reading basic measurements and following installation instructions

• Moving and staging furniture and equipment throughout customer sites

• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Working alongside experienced installers and crew leads

• Representing the company professionally while working at customer locations

Who We're Looking For

We’re interested in candidates from several different backgrounds.

You may be a good fit if you have experience in:

• Commercial furniture installation

• Construction 

• Carpentry

• Mechanical or assembly work

• Automotive repair

• Maintenance

• Warehouse assembly

• Moving or delivery

• Equipment installation

No commercial furniture experience? That's okay.

If you're good with tools, mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn, training is available.

Requirements

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Mechanically inclined

• Able to lift, carry, move, and install furniture and equipment throughout the workday

• Reliable transportation to work

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Professional attitude when working at customer sites

• Able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

The following are a plus, but not required:

• Previous commercial furniture installation experience

• Construction, assembly, mechanical, warehouse, or moving experience

• Valid driver's license

• Experience driving box trucks, including 16-ft to 26-ft box trucks
