The Role – Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client success. You’ll focus on building strong, long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering IT solutions that create measurable impact.

This is a consultative, relationship-led position, where you’ll act as a trusted advisor—guiding clients through their IT strategy while collaborating closely with a supportive and ambitious team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services with both existing and new clients
  • Providing strategic advice and tailored IT solutions
  • Working in a collaborative, success-driven environment

About You

  • Your client-focused, commercially aware, and thrive on building meaningful relationships. You’ll bring:
  • Experience in account management or business development within IT/MSP
  • A consultative, problem-solving approach
  • Strong commercial acumen and a people-first mindset
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and a passion for growth
