Architectural Technician

We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Huddersfield that is looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a collaborative and supportive environment, working across a range of projects while continuing to develop technically and progress within the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages across multiple RIBA stages
• Coordinate with consultants and support the resolution of technical and construction issues
• Ensure drawings and documentation comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Support project delivery from planning through to completion
• Work closely with the wider design and technical teams on a variety of schemes

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit is essential
• Strong technical detailing knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
