Contracts Manager – Civil Engineering / Infrastructure
Location: Featherstone (Pontefract area)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + £6,000 allowance

I’m working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team based out of their Featherstone office.

This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, with responsibility for programme, commercial performance, site teams and client relationships. The business operates within the infrastructure / highways environment and has a strong pipeline of work.

The role will involve:

• Managing multiple live projects from pre-start through to completion
• Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients
• Maintaining high standards around H&S and quality

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or strong Project Manager ready to step up)
• Background in civil engineering, highways or infrastructure
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams

Package & additional info:

• Up to £60k basic salary
• £6k allowance
• Based from the Featherstone (Pontefract) office
• Drug & alcohol testing required prior to starting and throughout employment
