Residential Valuation Surveyor, Manchester

TPL Talent Solutions is supporting an established independent property consultancy as the firm continues to grow. Based out of the Manchester offices the client is looking to appoint a Residential valuation surveyor.

You will be responsible for:

• Undertaking inspections and surveys across a range of residential investment, development, and owner-occupier properties.
• Preparing loan security valuations and valuation reports for lending purposes.
• Conducting market research and analysing property data to support valuation conclusions.
• Producing schedules, appraisals, and detailed reports using industry-standard valuation software and Excel.
• Supporting the development of client relationships, attending meetings, and representing the business at industry events.

To be considered you WILL:

• Be MRICS qualified & a Registered Valuer.
• Have previous valuation experience within the residential property sector.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, report writing, and research skills.
• Be confident communicating with clients and building professional relationships.
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload.
• Be willing to travel across Northern England and hold a full UK driving licence.
• Enjoy working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
