TPL Talent Solutions is supporting an established, independent multi-disciplinary property consultancy to identify a General Practice Surveyor.

This is a great opportunity for a chartered surveyor to undertake a broad role advising landlords on their commercial and rural portfolios.

The role will involve: 

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties.
• Undertaking inspections and overseeing repairs and maintenance programmes.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure effective portfolio management.
• 'Value add' initiatives and day-to-day running of portfolios.
• Handling commercial property sales and lettings instructions.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

To be considered you WILL:

• Be MRICS qualified.
• Have worked in commercial property agency/ property management/ rural surveying.
• Be client-facing and have excellent communication skills.
• Have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 
• Be proactive, with a self-motivated approach and strong commercial awareness. 
• Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
