£45,000–£55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+)
We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, cloud solutions, and cyber security services to a wide range of UK clients. They’re now looking to expand their commercial team in Cardiff.
The Role: Account Manager – MSP
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and developing new business opportunities — you don’t need to bring accounts with you, as a strong existing client base is already in place. The role also involves new business development and cold calling, alongside managing and growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT, cloud, and cyber security services
- Act as the main point of contact for your accounts
- Carry out regular account reviews to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Drive new business opportunities and confidently engage in cold calling activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
- Strong commercial mindset with a natural sales ability
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proactive, driven, and target-focused attitude
