We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, cloud solutions, and cyber security services to a wide range of UK clients. They’re now looking to expand their commercial team in Cardiff.

The Role: Account Manager – MSP

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and developing new business opportunities — you don’t need to bring accounts with you, as a strong existing client base is already in place. The role also involves new business development and cold calling, alongside managing and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT, cloud, and cyber security services
  • Act as the main point of contact for your accounts
  • Carry out regular account reviews to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive new business opportunities and confidently engage in cold calling activity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a natural sales ability
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Proactive, driven, and target-focused attitude
