£40,000 basic + uncapped OTE 

Aztrum Recruitment is proud to be partnering exclusively with a market-leading provider of workplace transformation solutions. We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their expanding UK team.

Our client is a specialist vendor delivering Microsoft Teams–integrated solutions that help global enterprises streamline communication, increase productivity, and empower hybrid workforces. Their portfolio spans UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions at the cutting edge of digital workplace technology.

The Role: Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Drive new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing accounts.
  • Sell unified communications and connectivity solutions to medium and large enterprise clients.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Attend regular face-to-face meetings in Manchester for client visits and reviews.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience selling UCaaS, connectivity, or contact centre solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom, or similar).
  • A track record of hitting targets and developing enterprise-level accounts.
  • The ability to work independently while building trusted, long-term client relationships.
  • Flexibility to travel into Manchester for client-facing meetings.

The Package

  • Basic salary up to £40,000
  • Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000+
  • Hybrid working model – remote with regular client visits
