Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: London

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

My client delivers outstanding work across residential, commercial, and educational sectors. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative team.

Key responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Aid in the development of detailed design and drawings of concepts.
• Producing 3D models, renders, and visualisations to a high quality.
• Prepare planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
• Work alongside the design team to ensure project needs are met and on time.
• Engage in client meetings, site meetings and project reviews.

Key requirements for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
