A growing engineering consultancy is seeking two Senior Civil Engineers to join their expanding Southampton team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of drainage and highways projects within a collaborative and supportive environment offering strong career development.

The Role
 You will lead the design and delivery of civil engineering schemes including drainage, SuDS and highways (S278/S38), managing projects and mentoring junior engineers. The role involves working closely with clients and project teams from planning stages through to construction.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ consultancy experience
• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
• IEng (or working towards) preferred
• Strong drainage and SuDS design experience
• Experience with InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage, Causeway Flow, AutoCAD and 3D software
• Highways design experience (S278/S38)
• Project and client management experience
