The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be central to driving client success. You’ll build long-term, strategic relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver tailored IT solutions that create real business value.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients

• Identify and develop opportunities to expand services within existing accounts

• Deliver bespoke IT solutions aligned to client needs and objectives

• Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams

• Contribute to a positive, people-first culture that recognises and rewards success

About You

You’re commercially minded, customer-focused, and passionate about technology. You enjoy understanding business challenges and delivering solutions that make a tangible impact.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience in account management or business development within IT or an MSP environment

• A consultative, solutions-led approach

• Strong commercial awareness with a genuine focus on client success

• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• A desire to learn, develop, and grow within a progressive organisation
