Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Cambridge. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist.

Key Responsibilities for this Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist role:

• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and construction packages using AutoCAD
• Support the delivery of residential projects across various RIBA stages
• Work closely with senior team members to develop technical solutions and project understanding
• Contribute to planning application submissions and supporting documentation
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams where required
• Ensure drawings comply with UK Building Regulations and company standards

Key Requirements for this Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist role:

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
• Experience working on residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
• Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn within a team environment
