They are now seeking a dynamic and commercially driven sales leader to elevate performance, strengthen client relationships, and guide a high-achieving team to continued success.

As Sales Manager, you will take a central role in accelerating the company’s expansion — driving new business, building strategic partnerships, and enabling your team to surpass ambitious revenue goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ proven sales experience within IT Services or an MSP environment
• A strong track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing complex, high-value deals
• Drive new business development while expanding existing client relationships
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and industry leaders
• Coach, develop, and motivate the Account Management team to achieve outstanding performance
