We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js to lead the development of high-performing, visually stunning, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating elegant code, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Architecture:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end architectures using React.js and related technologies.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure the adoption of best practices across the team.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to transform requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers on the team.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and improve front-end performance using tools and best practices.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks and technical issues proactively.
• Innovation:
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, frameworks, and tools in front-end development.
  • Drive innovation and introduce cutting-edge technologies where appropriate.

Requirement:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a front-end developer, with at least 8 years using React.js in production.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with modern build tools and frameworks like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js.
• Experience with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Background in UX/UI design principles.
