Are you an experienced property professional with a strong understanding of the private rental sector? We're looking for a Property Services Advisor to join a growing team, providing guidance and support to landlords across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property management, lettings, housing or the wider private rental sector who enjoys helping people, solving problems and providing clear, practical advice.

What you'll do

• Act as a first point of contact for landlords via phone, email, live chat, video calls and online forums
• Provide clear, accurate and solution-focused guidance on property and tenancy-related queries
• Support landlords with questions around property management, tenancy processes and legislation within the private rental sector
• Signpost to relevant resources, third-party services and training where appropriate
• Accurately record and maintain customer interactions and information
• What we're looking for

We're interested in people with experience in the property or housing sector, particularly those who have worked in roles such as:

• Property Management
• Lettings
• Landlord Services
• Housing
• Tenancy Management
• Property Services
• Customer or Member Services within the property sector

You'll be a confident communicator who can explain information clearly, deal with a wide range of queries and build rapport with landlords. You'll also be comfortable researching information, solving problems and working within legislation, policies and procedures.

What's on offer

• £28,100 starting salary increasing to £28,900
• Up to 4 days working from home with only 1 office day per week (option to work 5 days from office if preferred)
