The Role – Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for your client portfolio—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring that our IT solutions help clients achieve their strategic goals. You’ll combine commercial acumen with a passion for technology, always striving to deliver value and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, developing long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within current accounts, as well as through referrals and networking.
  • Work closely with clients to fully understand their needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and strategic plans.
  • Keep up to date with the latest tech trends, offering relevant and informed advice.

Your Profile – Account Manager

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT account management, sales, or B2B client services.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, consultative approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
