Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in York, who are looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technologist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Architectural Technologist with residential project experience to take on responsibility for technical design and project delivery. The role offers exposure across all project stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Support the delivery of residential projects across all stages
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation
• Coordinate with project leads, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery
• Participate in collaborative design discussions and studio environment
 • Work effectively independently and as part of a team

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Architectural Technologist with 3+ years’ experience
• Proven residential project experience
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
• ArchiCAD or Revit experience
 • Good understanding of project delivery and coordination
