Salary: Up to £55,000 basic + uncapped OTE
Aztrum is exclusively partnering with a high-growth IT solutions provider delivering end-to-end technology services to organisations across the UK. Their offering spans cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, software licensing, and modern workplace solutions.
Due to continued expansion, they are investing in a dedicated Education Account Manager to focus exclusively on the education sector. This role will cover schools, colleges, universities, and multi-academy trusts, giving you ownership of a strategically important and growing vertical.
This is a remote-first position, offering genuine autonomy, flexibility, and strong internal support from both technical and commercial teams.
You will take full ownership of a portfolio of education-sector accounts, managing the entire sales lifecycle while identifying and developing new revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and growing a portfolio of education customers
Identifying new opportunities across schools, colleges, MATs, and higher education
Leveraging existing education relationships to build pipeline and accelerate growth
Leading consultative sales engagements to address real technology challenges
Owning opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close
Working closely with technical specialists and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
This role is ideal for an experienced IT sales professional who understands education procurement and thrives in a relationship-led, consultative environment.
You will bring:
Proven experience selling IT solutions into the education sector (e.g. cybersecurity, cloud, hardware, managed services)
Strong knowledge of education buying cycles, frameworks, and decision-makers
An established network of education-sector contacts
A consultative, value-driven approach to sales
The ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven role
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and account development skills
