The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative and organizational support for Executive.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Responsible for all administrative support functions for Vice Presidents including answering phone calls
• Prepare and distribute memos, letters, policy changes, reports
• Maintain Department files
• Receive and distribute mail
• Manage the office supplies
• Coordinate incoming vendor correspondence (such as acknowledgment letters), to ensure vendor/subcontractor policy compliance
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Coordinate interdepartmental conference calls and meetings
• Complete miscellaneous projects on an as needed basis
• From time to time must complete projects with short notice in extreme time constraints
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Requires 3 years minimum of relevant administrative support experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
