Our client is a food and beverage brand based in Barcelona that operates in five European markets and wants to expand and strengthen its current partnerships in the French market. As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with FMCG brands in order to bring value to At-Home Sampling, Market Research, and Social Influencer Services in a way that is aligned with the brands' requirements. The role also entails creating strategic marketing plans and developing tailored campaigns to meet their goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales cycle in its entirety, from sourcing new potential collaborations, managing key accounts, and reporting on campaign performance
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Accounts in the FMCG industry
  • Identify and assess prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies to detect short-to mid-long term opportunities
  • Use Pipedrive CRM to efficiently manage your sales pipeline
  • Up-sell premium services by identifying challenges that our prospective customers face in a solution-oriented manner 
  • Advise brands on their campaign performance by providing market and social media insights 
  • Coordinate visits to food fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings throughout Europe
  • Develop the company's identity within the target market
  • Create B2B marketing material and newsletters for clients
  • Collaborate with the Operations team in the creation of bespoke products for B2C customers

Core Skills/experience:

You have:

  • Native or close to native level of French and a fully professional level of English
  • 3-5 years of previous sales experience, from Business Development to Account Management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiating skills
  • A goal-oriented and enthusiastic approach 
  • A strategy-savvy and analytical mindset
  • You´re comfortable expressing yourself in various mediums of communication
  • You are proactive and eager to prove yourself in a new, exciting challenge
  • You work well in a team and want to join a young, dynamic yet dedicated team
  • You are passionate about food and the food industry
