Are you an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant looking to join a close-knit and collaborative practice? My client is seeking a talented individual to join their friendly team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of Residential projects within a supportive environment, where you'll have the chance to take on responsibility, develop your technical skills and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities for this Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Contribute to Residential projects across multiple RIBA stages.

• Produce high-quality design proposals, planning drawings and technical information.

• Assist with planning applications, Building Regulations packages and construction documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.

• Develop practical design solutions that meet client and project requirements.

• Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings.

• Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements.

• Support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

Requirements for this Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Part 2 qualification in Architecture with relevant UK practice experience.

• Experience working on UK Residential projects is essential.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.

• Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
