Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Aztrum are excited to announce that we will be partnering with a well-established Architectural practice, based in Birmingham. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the forefront of the Data Centre team.

 Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Support the design and execution of Data Centre focussed projects

• Assist in assembling detailed and well-structured planning application submissions

• Prepare high-quality drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design concepts

• Collaborate with architects and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery

• Create innovative, context-sensitive design proposals that align with client goals

• Working directly with the practice’s Technical Director

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: 

• Proficient in Revit experience.

• Data Centre / Site feasibility experience desired

• RIBA stage 2-3 experience

• Experience working on commercial and/or industrial projects (data centre exposure highly desirable)

• Strong technical detailing ability with a good understanding of construction methods and building regulations
