Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Central London 

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000

In the role of Architectural Technician, you’ll play a key part in the design journey—transforming creative concepts into precise technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Assitant role:

• Leading and coordinating education projects at all stages
• Creating detailed working and tender drawings
• Submitting planning and building regulation applications
• Conducting site surveys and visits to ensure compliance
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and local authorities

Key Requirements for this Architectural Assistant role:

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Solid experience working within UK architectural practices
• Demonstrated background in delivering projects within the education sector
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Excellent skills in design development and technical detailing
• Well-organised with clear and effective communication abilities
• Confident in managing projects and running jobs independently
