TPL is working with an established independent property consultancy to identify a Surveyor and Senior Surveyor for the Healthcare team.

As the Surveyor in the Healthcare department, you will play a key role in advising existing and new investors on their healthcare assets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join a great team to carry out a broad role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with GP clients and major health investors to manage rent reviews, lease renewals, and Landlord-Tenant matters.
• Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare team and wider company.
• Manage existing and new instructions independently while maintaining a strong client pipeline.
• Contribute ideas for business development, process improvements, and team growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Surveyor
• Experience in Landlord-Tenant negotiations and valuation processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Healthcare/ GP premises and related markets (dental/pharmacy) is desirable.
• Experience in development appraisals.
