The Role

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting with prospective clients and uncovering opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact—sparking interest, qualifying leads, and laying the groundwork for lasting relationships. Working alongside our sales and account management teams, you’ll help build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and social channels
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity
  • Develop a solid understanding of our solutions to confidently discuss them with prospects
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth prospect handovers

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, proactive, and motivated by results
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
  • Confident using CRM platforms and sales tools
