They are now seeking an ambitious Broker Manager to join their remote sales team. This is a client-facing role focused on developing and managing broker relationships, maximising new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will also provide training and support to brokers, maintain thorough knowledge of credit and compliance processes, and work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients.
