The Role – Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing client partnerships and driving business growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll identify opportunities, deliver tailored IT solutions, and ensure clients receive the very best service and outcomes.

This is a consultative, relationship-led role, perfect for someone who thrives on building strong connections and creating real business impact.

You will be:

• Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Identifying new opportunities across existing and new accounts
• Delivering strategic advice and customised IT solutions
• Collaborating with a dynamic, growth-focused team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, client-focused, and relationship-orientated, with:

• Experience in account management or business development within IT/MSP
• A consultative, problem-solving mindset
• Strong commercial acumen with a people-first approach
• Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers
• A passion for learning, growth, and delivering excellence
