Aztrum Recruitment is excited to be working with one of the UK’s most forward-thinking IT service providers. With expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed IT services, they are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive national growth and lead their high-performing sales team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ successful sales experience within IT Services or an MSP environment
• Consistent track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
• Strong client engagement, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK when required
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals
• Driving both new business and growth within existing accounts
• Developing strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and industry leaders
• Coaching and inspiring the Account Management team to achieve outstanding results
